Trissolcus (genus - parasitoids)
This is a large genus of egg parasitoids and contains several important natural enemies of stink bug pests like Trissolcus basalis which attacks for example the eggs of Nezara viridula.
The species have a similar shape and wing venation as in the related genus Telenomus. However, the female antennae have a 6 segmented club and the eyes are usually hairless. The body is compact and black, without metallic gloss.
