Podosphaera macularis (Wallr.) U. Braun & S. Takam. 2000
The fungus causes powdery mildew of hop. The quality and also the quantity of the hop cones, the harvested product, is greatly affected by the disease. The conidiophores are non-branching and the conidia barrel-shaped.
