Phalaris minor (weed) Retz. - (littleseed canarygrass)

This grass is widely distributed and an important wheat in cereals. However, it can also affect other crops. It is specially competitive in wheat, where yield losses of up to 50% have been reported. Even crop failure is possible during heavy infestations.
