Glomerellales (entomopathogens)

This order of ascomycete fungi contains many plant pathogenic species (see Glomerellales as plant pathogens), especially in the genus Colletotrichum. Some species of Colletotrichum have been described as entomopathogens, like Colletotrichum acutatum var. fioriniae which infects the hemlock scale, Fiorinia externa.
