Colletotrichum navitas J.A. Crouch 2009 - (switchgrass anthracnose)
This fungus is related to Colletotrichum graminicola, but can be distinguished by its DNA structure. It causes anthracnose on switchgrass (Panicum virgatum) in North America. The lesions are elliptical with purple margins and white necrotic centers.
