Calonectria lauri Lechat & Crous 2020 - (bay leaf spot)
This fungus causes leaf spot on bay laurel and various other plants.
Taxonomic note: The name Calonectria lauri was introduced by Lechat & Crous (2010) as a replacement name for Tetracytum lauri. However, that name was invalid and therefore also the replacement name. The name Calonectria lauri was subsequently validated by Liu et al. (2020).
