Aleurodicus Douglas, 1892
This genus of whiteflies contains more than 30 species which are mainly found in the Neotropics. Several species are invasive and important agricultural pests like the spiralling whitefly.
The species are characterized, among others, by having tarsal claws and puparia with compound pores of a specific structure.
