Xenoteratosphaeria jonkershoekensis (P.S. van Wyk, Marasas & Knox-Dav.) Quaedvlieg & Crous 2014
This fungus is a leaf pathogen of Protea species in South Africa. It can be distinguished from Teratosphaeria species by the cultured hyphae terminating in brown, multicellular chlamydospore-like structures. The ascospores become brown and verruculose in the asci.
