Typhlodromalus peregrinus (predator) (Muma, 1955)
This predators mite is found in southern parts of North America, Central America, many parts of South America, as well as in Hawaii (Zacarias & De Moraes, 2001). Mainly spider mites mites have been reported as prey, including species from the genera Oligonychus, Panonychus, and Tetranychus. Morphologically, T. peregrinus is very similar to Typhlodromalus aripo.
