Taeniatherum caput-medusae (weed) (L.) Nevski - (medusahead)

Medusahead is an invasive annual grass that affects rangeland productivity and stability in the Pacific Coast and mountain states of the U.S. It aggressively competes with and suppresses native and other desirable grasses. Control is difficult due to the large seedbanks it builds up.
