Reptalus Emeljanov, 1971

This genus of planthoppers includes around 40 species and is found in central Europe, the Mediterranean region, as well as in parts of Asia and western North America. Several species are regarded as vectors of phytoplasma diseases of plants. Morphologically, the genus can be recognized by the mesonotum having 5 ridges in the middle. Adults have a length of 5-7 mm.
