Pineapple mealybug wilt-associated virus 2 (PMWaV-2)
The virus causes (or contributes to) mealybug wilt of pineapple. In Hawaii, infected pineapple plants develop severe wilt symptoms in the presence of mealybug feeding, in contrast to those infected with Pineapple mealybug wilt-associated virus 1.
