Candidatus Phytoplasma cocostanzaniae - (Tanzanian lethal decline phytoplasma)
This phytoplasma is associated with a lethal yellowing type disease of coconut palms in East Africa. It has been assigned to subgroup C of the 16SrIV phytoplasma group.
