Orius strigicollis (predator) (Poppius, 1915)

This flower bug is found in eastern Asia where it is a polyphagous predator that is commercially available for use in greenhouses. It preys on a variety of pest insects like thrips, aphids, spider mites, or eggs of Lepidoptera pests. Like other Orius species, the bug is minute, with a body length of around 1½ to 2 mm.
