Nymphaeales - Cabombaceae (weeds)

The order of Nymphaeales contains flowering plants and currently includes the water lilies (Nymphaeaceae) as well as the Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae. The relationship of this order to the classes Magnoliids and Monocotyledons has not yet been clarified.

The family Cabombaceae (water-shield family) and the genus Cabomba contains several aquatic weeds.
