Cabomba (weeds) Aubl. - (fanwort)
This is a small genus of aquatic plants which are often grown in aquariums. They have been introduced into various countries for that reason. Several species are invasive and have become important aquatic weeds, like Cabomba caroliniana. They can form dense populations which obstruct ships as well as swimming activities and displace native fish or other organisms.
Currently, the following species have been entered into the system:
