Miscanthus floridulus (weed) (Labill.) Warb. ex K. Schum. - (Pacific Island silvergrass)
This species of grass is native to south-eastern Asia and the Pacific. It has been introduced into other regions as an ornamental, but has been rarely reported to be invasive. The plant can grow to a height of 3m and forms dense clumps.
