Ambrosiodmus lecontei Hopkins, 1915
This ambrosia beetle is found in North America where it breeds on various types of trees, e.g. Persea. It has been found to be associated with the laurel wilt pathogen, Raffaelea lauricola (Ploetz et al., 2017).
