Uwebraunia Crous & M.J. Wingf. 1996
This genus includes several plant pathogenic fungi with Mycosphaerella-like teleomorphs and similarities to the genus Dissoconium. However, Dissoconium species are considered to be mycoparasites. Uwebraunia species have pyriform microconidia, that not form sclerotia or yellow pigment in culture. Uwebraunia species cause leaf spot diseases on trees and fly speck diseases on fruits.
