Puccinia boroniae Henn. 1903
This fungus is endemic to Australia and causes a rust disease on ornamental Boronia plants. Chorilaena plants may also become infected. Infections of the leaves result in leaf drop. Aecia and uredinia have not been observed and telia are developed on the lower side of the leaves. These usually form 2-celled teliospores as well as 1-celled mesospores (Driessen et al., 2005).
