Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea - (bacterial blight on soybean)

The pathovar is widespread in soybean growing areas. The disease is seedborne and often causes seedling death. The affected parts of the leaves become necrotic and drop off, giving the leaves a ragged appearance.
