Ooencyrtus submetallicus (parasitoid) (Howard, 1897)
This wasp is found in tropical and subtropical parts of the Americas, but also in Australia and New Zealand. It has been mainly recorded as an egg parasitoid of Pentatomidae like Nezara viridula, and was introduced into Australia against this pest in the 1950s (Clarke, 1990).
