Mucor circinelloides Tiegh. 1875

This fungus has been reported to cause rots in fruits under storage conditions. It can also cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea in humans who have consumed food contaminated with it. Several different subspecies/forms of M. circinelloides have been described.
