Little cherry virus 2 (LChV-2)
This virus is widely distributed and can be a cause for the little cherry disease, similar to Little cherry virus 1 which belongs to a different genus. Apart from fruit symptoms, infected trees can also show foliar chlorosis and reddening, stem deformity, and tree stunting. The virus infects mainly cherry trees and is transmitted by mealybugs.
