Frankliniella zucchini Nakahara & Monteiro 1999 - (zucchini thrips)
This thrips has been only recorded from Brazil, where it infests several cucurbits. These include crops like squash, cucumber, watermelon and Luffa. It is further a vector of the Zucchini lethal chlorosis virus. Adult thrips are around 1.2-1.4 mm long.
