Zucchini lethal chlorosis tospovirus (ZLCV)

The virus is found in Brazil and infects different cucurbits like squash and cucumber. The symptoms include chlorotic leaves with upwards curled edges, followed by necrosis. Infected plants die quickly and normally do not produce marketable fruits. The virus is transmitted by the thrips Frankliniella zucchini.
