Diploceras hypericinum (Ces.) Died. 1915

This fungus is widely distributed and appears to infect only plants of the genus Hypericum, causing leaf spots (Liu et al., 2019). Ornamentals as well as weed species are affected. The condia are spindle-shaped and slightly curved, with 3 septa and constrictions at the septa. They have a size of around 20 x 4 µm. Sexual forms are unknown.
