Diaporthe RNA viruses (antagonists) (DRV)

These mycoviruses have been isolated from hypovirulent and non-sporulating strains of Diaporthe, like the 'Diaporthe RNA virus 1' that has been obtained from a Diaporthe perjuncta strain with reduced aggressiveness (e.g. see Moleleki et al., 2011). The viruses consist of positive sensed RNA, either single-stranded or double stranded.
