Cupressaceae - cypress family (weeds)
This family contains more than 100 species of trees and shrubs, usually with scale-like leaves (needle-like in young trees). The cones are typically woody but may be also leathery or berry-like. Several species are invasive and have become important weeds replacing native vegetation.
