Citrus leaf blotch virus (CLBV)

The virus infects mainly citrus trees, causing no symptoms in most commercial citrus cultivars. It has particles which are around 960 nm long and about 12-14 nm wide, flexuous and non-enveloped. The genome consists of linear ssRNA(+), around 8.7 kb large, which encodes 3 open reading frames. No insect vectors are known, but it has been shown to be seed-transmitted (Guerri et al., 2004).
