Cercospora traversiana Sacc. 1904
This fungus is widely distributed and infects fenugreek (Trigonella), causing leaf spot and stem lesions. The spots are light brown, surrounded by a diffuse chlorotic margin. Heavy infections can lead to yellowing and leaf blight (Bobev et al., 1999). Some fenugreek cultivars are resistant to the disease (e.g. Subedi et al., 2020).
