Campylomma verbasci (Meyer-Dur, 1843) - (mullein bug)

This bug feeds on mullein plants and the developing fruitlets of apple, causing dark corky warts. The damage can be a serious problem in North America and Europe. However, it is also beneficial and feeds on aphids and mites (see Campylomma verbasci as predator).
