Australasian Plant Pathology 27 (4), 274-277
Abstract: Fruits harvested from Durio graveolens andD. kutejensis were examined after storage under humid conditions for causes of postharvest fungal rots. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Cylindrocladium scoparium, Geotrichum candidum,Gliocephalotrichum bulbilium and Lasiodiplodia theobromae were isolated consistently from affected fruits with L. theobromae being the predominant fungal pathogen. Other fungi isolated were Aspergillus niger, Aspergillusspp., Candida sp., Fusarium equisetiand Penicilliumsp. These were considered as either weak pathogens or secondary invaders.
