Aphidius gifuensis (parasitoid) Ashmead, 1906
This wasp is an important solitary kionobiont endoparasitoid of aphids in eastern Asia. It attacks a variety of species, e.g. Myzus persicae or Aulacorthum solani. It is produced commercially, and has been used in biological control programs against several aphid pests.
