Robinia pseudoacacia (weed) L. - (black locust)

Black locust is a medium-sized tree, native to eastern North America. In Europe it is frequently planted as an ornamental or for erosion control. However, it is highly invasive, fast-growing and affects biodiversity and soil properties. It is now common in many parts of Europe, especially France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and England (Camenen et al., 2016).
