Serangium parcesetosum (predator) Sicard, 1929
This small ladybird beetle is a predator of whiteflies. Its natural distribution is India where it feeds on different whitefly and scale insect species. It has been successfully introduced into the black sea region as a predator of the citrus whitefly. Attempts to introduce it into North America against Bemisia tabaci were apparently unsuccessful.
