Puccinia allii F. Rudolphi 1829

This fungus causes rust on various Allium species like onion, garlic and leeks, resulting in stunting. The lesions are elongated and either orange if uredinia are present or black if telia have been formed. The urediospores are oval and around 30 x 20-25 μm large with hyaline and echinulate walls.
