Sitobion miscanthi (Takahashi, 1921)
The aphid infests grain crops, particularly wheat, in southern Asia, Australia and the Pacific. It can cause economic damage and has been also shown to be a vector of several viruses, e.g. see Valenzuela & Hoffmann (2015). Some authors consider this name to be a possible synonym of Sitobion avenae.
