Plantago asiatica mosaic virus (PlAMV)
The virus was first isolated from the weed Plantago asiatica in Russia but has subsequently been found in other regions on many other plants, including Lilium where it causes severe necrosis. The genome of the virus is highly variable and consists of single-stranded positive-sensed RNA with approximately 6100 nt.
