First report of Neoerysiphe galeopsidis on Althaea rosea
Plant Pathology 55 (2), 297-297
Abstract: In 2004, an outbreak of powdery mildew disease was observed on Althaea rosea in northeast China. The morphological characteristics and ITS sequence of the fungus matched those of Neoerysiphe galeopsidis (syn. Erysiphe galeopsidis) which has been previously reported on Galeopsis bifida, Lagopsis supina, Lamium album and L. barbatum.
