Ostrinia scapulalis (Walker) - (adzuki bean borer)
The moth is a pest of beans in north-eastern Asia. In Europe it is an occasional pest of hop but is mainly found on the weed Artemisia vulgaris. It is closely related to the European corn borer, Ostrinia nubilalis.
