[Detection of the Russian wheat aphid (RWA), Diuraphis noxia (Kurdjumov), in Germany]
Nachrichtenblatt des Deutschen Pflanzenschutzdienstes 53 (2), 35-40
Abstract: The first finding of the Russian Wheat Aphid, Diuraphis noxia, is mentioned. Information on morphometry allows a differentiation to other similar-looking species. The distribution of the species is briefly demonstrated. Damage to small grain cereals, range of host plants and possible strategies to control the aphids are presented.
