Ligustrum lucidum (weed) Ait. f. - (broadleaf privet)

This is a large shrub or small tree native to eastern Asia. It has been introduced as an ornamental into various other regions and has become invasive in some countries. It is very abundant in some areas, e.g in parts of Argentina or Australia, forming dense stands and suppressing native vegetation.

The plant can reach a height of several meters. The leaves are simple, evergreen and glossy. The flowers are small and the fruits are elongated, slightly curved, bluish berries.
