Eutreta xanthochaeta (weed bioagent) Aldrich, 1923 - (lantana gall fly)
This fruit fly was introduced into Hawaii in 1902 from Mexico for the control of the weed Lantana camara. However, it also infests other hosts (e.g. see Mabuda, 2005).
