Itoplectis conquisitor (parasitoid) (Say, 1835)
This wasp is found in North America, where it is an endoparasitoid of pupae or prepupae of Tortricidae and other Lepidoptera families. For example, the hosts include the spruce budworm or the forest tent caterpillar.
The adult wasp of I. conquisitor is around 9-10 mm long. The colouration of the hind tibia is characteristic and the hind margins of the abdominal tergites are white.
