Ipomoea cairica (L.) Sweet
This weed is believed to be native to parts of Africa. It is sometimes grown as an ornamental. However, it is invasive in several tropical regions like parts of Asia and the Americas, or in Hawaii. It can overgrow native vegetation (e.g. see Wang et al., 2011) or affect agricultural crops.
