Abstract: The first record of Halyomorpha halys in Germany is being described including a short review of the worldwide invasion and first European records. The single specimen has been found on November 6th 2011 in Konstanz (Chérisy-Areal: 47° 40' 47 E, 9° 09' 41 N = MTB 8320 NO, 415 m ü. M.).
