Eyprepocnemis plorans (Charpentier, 1825) - (clover grasshopper)

This grasshopper is found in southern Europe, many parts of Africa and western Asia. It is polyphagous and can be a minor pest of crops like cassava, potato, or beans. Significant damage has been only reported from localised areas (Nkwala et al., 2019).
