Empoasca kraemeri Ross & Moore, 1957 - (bean leafhopper)

The leafhopper is found in tropical and subtropical parts of the Americas, ranging from southern North America, to Central America and in South America to the northern parts of Argentina. It is an important pest of bean, but also attacks various other crops. The adults have a length of around 4 mm.
