Doru Burr, 1907

This genus of earwigs includes around 15 species that are found mainly in the Americas. They feed on aphids, Lepidoptera eggs, or pollen, among others. Some species are regarded as important predators of insect pests. For example, Doru luteipes, is an egg predator of Lepidoptera like Spodoptera in South America. The adults are around 10 mm long.
